Things you need to know:
- Respect is what will guide our class. Please respect Mrs. Carlyle, others and his/her property including their rights and feelings. Most of all and respect yourself!
- No student has the right to keep another student from learning.
- Late work will be accepted for partial credit within one day from deadline, unless determined otherwise (make-up work for absences due according to board policy)
- Water with a lid is permitted. No other drinks, gum or candy will be allowed!
Your Responsibilities
1. Be respectful.
- Come to class on time and enter classroom in an orderly manner.
- Come to class prepared (students will not be allowed to return to their locker to retrieve forgotten materials).
- pencil, blue / black ink pen.
- Paper
- 1” 3 ring binder
- Any homework/class work/projects due.
- Student agenda- record any homework, upcoming tests or quizzes.
- Head papers correctly.
- First / Last name, date and period in the upper right hand corner of your paper.
- Title each assignment
- Enter class with a positive attitude.
- Ask for any make-up work.

- Enforce rules for the safety and learning of all students.
